Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with INK'D OUT PRINTS. Because our products are custom-made to order, including all clothing, drinkware, and custom gang sheets, we maintain a strict No Refunds and No Exchanges policy.

1. Final Sale

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and production has begun, we cannot offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind.

  • Ordering the incorrect size or color.

  • Customer-provided design errors (low resolution, spelling mistakes, or incorrect gang sheet layout).

2. Gang Sheets & Custom Artwork

For gang sheet and custom apparel orders, we print the files exactly as they are provided.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all artwork is high-resolution (300 DPI recommended) and has a transparent background.

  • We do not edit or proofread your designs before printing.

  • Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the physical print due to monitor settings and ink processes; these variations are not eligible for a refund.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us using the "Contact Us" form within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit in the case of a defect:

  • You must provide clear photos of the damage or the manufacturing error.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • If the defect is verified as our error, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.
